Cruise the coast of Romania on the Black Sea and sail up the Danube River Delta with legendary skipper, Tristan Jones. Jones had previously visited Romania under communist rule. In this episode, her arrives shortly after the 1989 revolution that deposed Romania's communist dictator, Nicolae Ceaușescu, foreshadowing the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War. His sailing fans appoint him the Commodore of the ] Yacht Club in the ancient city of Constanta. (D2Z)
