Master Rigger Brion Toss demonstrates how to tuck strands to make a wire rope splice
Where safety glasses and wrist gators
Start by determining the length of the wire tail
Use a splitter to remove a strand, unlay it and determine if its the correct stand to start with
Unwind the wire using a tensioner to begin tucking
Continue with the proper tucking order
